
This circuit consists of 3 pools of thermal water set at different temperatures, which is an exact reproduction of the ancient Roman customs.
A pool of mineral-medicinal water at 36° C, in which we would recommend a time of approximately 10 minutes. Water that is set at body temperature has a sedative effect.
A pool of mineral-medicinal water set at a high temperature of between 40° C and 42° C. A brief period in the water has a sedative effect.

A pool of mineral-medicinal water at 14° C
Cold water has an initial stimulating vasoconstrictor effect, followed by a second vasodilator phase.

As the name indicates this consists of five showers with different water jets and pressures, and a sixth shower with special features that makes it slightly different from the others.
The alternating temperatures deliver a gentle massage that is on one hand stimulating and refreshing and on the other sedative and conducive to sleep.
A circular shower made of stainless steel rings whose mineral-medicinal water is ejected from several openings that shower the person on all sides while alternating cold and hot water. The water sprays from feet to head in 5 circulatory, cold/warm sequences.

The water of this shower is cross ejected at three different heights covering the abdominal area, the lumbar area and the dorsal area.

This special shower is also called sensorial shower since it combines mineral-medicinal water with chromotherapy, muds and aromas.

Thermal baths to activate the circulation of legs and feet. The bath consist of a semi-circular water belt that is divided into 4 phases: the first phase comprises hot water at a temperature of between 36° C and 37° C; the second phase is cold water at between 15° C and 17° C; the third phase is hot water, and the fourth ends in cold water.
Recommended duration: Between 2 and 5 minutes.
A fountain of thermal ice flakes from which the client can have a rubdown to reactive circulation between high temperature treatments (e.g. vapour and thermal baths).
Recommended duration: 5 minutes
This cabin, with a temperature ranging from 45° C to 55° C, has a humidity of 70%. There is also a fountain of cold water fitted inside for refreshment. Sweating is not as intense as the steam room treatment.
Recommended duration: 10 minutes.
This consist of two dry air cabins, one for gents at a temperature of 100° C with 10% humidity and another for ladies at a temperature of 80° C with 10% humidity, each with its respective stimulating, circulatory and relaxing showers. The sauna session should be alternated with showers to encourage abundant transpiration that relaxes whilst stimulating the body.

These are stone benches on which the client can lie down to rest, relax muscles and reduce all types of neck, dorsal and lumbar pain. With massage mats.
Recommended duration: 5 minutes
As a finale to the first journey, the client can relax on sun loungers to release stress.
